  Love the homes here. Nice community. Only problem was that the pool was closed. The people I was staying with said its been closed for 3 weeks due to someone breaking the electronic door entrance and they had yet to fix it even though they have to pay pool fees. Kind of sucked that we were on vacation and were anticipating the pool coming from up north where it's been cold. Maybe it will be fixed soon. Still would buy a home there. They're expanding so it should bring up values.
